HOW TO: RUN THE WORLD MARATHON MAJORS

This is my basic how to guide on getting your place on the starting line for your next marathon major. These are entry methods I have used or learned along my way to earning 5 marathon major finishes over the past 14 months. As well as some others which I was not aware off. Hopefully you may find this of use on your journey to the 6 star medal.

BERLIN MARATHON TRAINING – WEEK 15 – 17

After missing 3 weeks of training due in injury, it is time to get back at it and get marathon ready for Berlin, just 4 weeks to go until the big day, just how ready am I going to be for this after missing 3 weeks? Also stepping up my swim training now with the 2 mile Swim Serpentine event less than 3 weeks away now!!!
